From Cebu City to Kawasan Falls
1. At Cebu’s South Bus Terminal, ride a bus heading to Bato via Barili. This would take about 3-4 hours.
2. Upon arrival at Bato, alight a tricycle to head to Brgy. Matutinao at Kawasan Falls
3. Pay for the entrance fee and guide at the entrance. Then head to the waterfalls!
Things to do at Kawasan Falls
1. CANYONEERING
– This is one of the most popular things to do in the area. With a proper gear and guide it is enjoyable and adrenaline-inducing.
2. RAFTING
– Get on a raft and head to the waterfalls and get below it. From there you can climb the rock formations and jump in the natural pool!
3. SWIMMING
– There are 3 big natural pools for you to take a dip in! The water will be cold but you’ll be surrounded by a gorgeous shade of blue.
4. HIKING/TREKKING
– Since the falls is a 3-tier waterfall, you can trek your way to visit every level!
5. PICNIC
– Having a picnic is allowed in Kawasan, however remember to not litter and to dispose of your waste properly.
6. CLIFF-DIVING
– The waterfalls and natural pools are surrounded by rock formations and cliffs, so you can climb them and jump off straight into the cool waters!
